Terms of Returns and Refunds
We have every confidence that you'll love your Tropical Envy products. And we're here for you if, for any reason, you're not satisfied.
In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, please review the following information.
First, review your item carefully upon delivery. You are welcome to contact us and return your item within a 30 day window from delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at RETURNS@tropicalenvy.net about your request for refund. Please indicate the reason for the request and the condition of your item, and your complete contact information, phone and address.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You should have received an email or text message with receipt. Some refunds may be approved without receipt if we can identify your online transaction.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition or is damaged that is not due to an error on the part of Tropical Envy.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. Then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of accepting the return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- After you verified the credit card has been credited, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at RETURNS@tropicalenvy.net
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exceptions for damage can be made by contacting us. We want you to be happy, so please contact us to let us know why you're not satisfied.
Exchanges (if applicable) within 30 Days
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please do so within 30 days using the Return Process above.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Returns and Exchanges

You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, the cost of your return shipping will be posted to your account in Tropical Rewards to be used for a future purchase.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, after we receive the item, may vary. Standard delivery is 6-8 business days when in stock.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
