Return Policy:
For online orders, review your item carefully upon delivery. You are welcome to contact us and return your item(s) for exchange or store credit only within 10 days of delivery. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a return or exchange. We will, however, replace item(s) if they are damaged. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. We will contact you as soon as we receive the return if you have requested an exchange, otherwise, we will issue the amount of your full priced item(s), excluding shipping, to a Tropical Envy gift card that will be emailed to you.
To be eligible for a return, you must email us at RETURNS@tropicalenvy.net about your request for return or call us at (769) 241-1985 . Please indicate the reason for the request and the condition of your item, and your complete contact information.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You should have received an email or text message with receipt.

For in-store purchases, you have 10 days to return or exchange your item(s) and must have proof of purchase as well as original tags attached to the item(s). Returns are only acceptable for full priced clothing items. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or exchange ONLY. All accessories, shoes, gifts, aroma, sunglasses, decor, jewelry and sale items are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges.
